Red Bell Peppers and Orange Pumpkins

So fall has settled in, but the summer garden still has life! My bell peppers are looking great and I've left some o the vine long enough for them to turn a vibrant red! It has been chilly here in New York, but I'm glad the peppers have made it this far. The rain has been pretty steady so that has helped as well.

Bell pepper in the rain!
Because of this garden, I haven't had to buy peppers from the grocery store, so that has saved a couple of dollars a week! I've also been able to make delicious stuffed organic bell peppers:
Cooking has been amazing with the fresh organic produce I have in stock, and with Halloween coming soon, I hope to also fry pumpkin seeds and make special pumpkin recipes too.
